Hi everyone! I am back with a product I had spoke earlier about in my last review post, yes, it's lipstick queen's Hello Sailor. This review as it is a lipstick from same collection there some similarities still I have mentioned all the same as well as similarities in the review. Also price of lipstick may vary from each online portal to the other and also some have EMI option of payment. I have mentioned all my personal thoughts on the lipstick though you might have difference of thoughts to mine. I have put a picture of the lipstick in the end for a better idea. So without much rambling we should get started.
Product : Lipstick Queen a luxury beauty brand, launches Hello Sailor lipstick.
Packaging : It looks premium and has a card board box cover on the outside and inner package, is the tube, it is plastic which has a metallic texture and is blue coloured.
Price : INR 3037.16 rs ($25)
Ingredients : It has nourishing formula with Vitamin E, Meadowfoam Seed Oil & Shea Butter.
Claims : The product looks blue in colour and it claims that, on application it changes colour from a blue to a berry mauve colour and is hydrating. It gives high shine without stickiness.
Shade : Mauve. (Berry colour)
Quality and Quantity : 3.5 g of product in green colour which turns into mauve magically.
Description of product : It looks straight up blue as you apply takes few minutes to turn mauve. It looks good on medium to dark skin tones. It suit all skin tones. It turns mauve colour with blue under tones after some time. Also looks a bit bluish I feel after wards too and makes a patchy looking. It doesn't spread over your lips and then tend to have more product some places and look bluish after a few minutes too. But blue looks very light, like more on mauve side still a bit blue in it.
Pros n cons :
Pros : It is a sheer lip gloss that glides super smooth on your lips and is hydrating too. The tube cover looks super sheek, I personally love the metallic blue look. It changes colour after you apply, it is magical.
Cons : It changes colour but is too expensive for getting such lip wear or shade.
Not worth the money to spend and it is quite balmy and takes time to change colour . Also if you over apply or apply unevenly, the product where ever is excess shows up bit blue.
Takeaways/conclusion :
> After wearing the whole day and heavy meals lipstick washes off but leaves a beautiful stain of color over your lips.
>It's on the expensive side, and I wouldn't buy a expensive lip wear just to show off the magic.
